About

Our family has grown vegetables for five generations near Basel, overlooking the hills of Basel-Landschaft and the city itself. Quality, freshness and innovation have always defined our work. For more than 25 years, we have grown fresh garden cress using a thin-layer growing method we developed ourselves.

In April 2016, we founded 2BFresh Eschbach AG, a joint venture between Eschbach Gemüsebau and TAP (Teshuva agricultural Projects Ltd). This major step launched the cultivation and sale of freshly harvested Micro Leaves in Switzerland.

Micro Leaves are tender, crisp, colourful herbs, salads and vegetables harvested at the cotyledon stage. These tiny leaves are full of delicious flavours, vitamins and minerals.

We grow this high-quality product using sustainable good agricultural practices (GAP) on our SwissGAP-certified farm. On our farm with reduced CO2 emissions, we use water, fertiliser and energy carefully, conserving resources. Our many Micro Leaves varieties delight leading chefs and everyone who values good, healthy food. Whether a starter, main course or dessert, Micro Leaves are the perfect garnish to make every menu a feast for the eyes.
